How to Replace the AMAZON QR CODE with a Printable Label

1. Log into Amazon account

   1. Click on menu button and choose “Orders” (top of screen).

   2. Click on the item being returned.

   3. Click on “View Return/ Refund Status”

   4. Cancel your return.

2. Go back into your Orders and repeat the return process.

3. Choose your Refund Method and click “continue”.

4. You will see a button lit up beside “No Printer? No Problem, Print @ the UPS Store”

   1. Two other choices are hidden- You have to click on “2 Other Return Options”

5. Choose “UPS DROP-OFF” option and click on “Confirm Your Return”

6. Click on “EMAIL COPY OF LABEL” and choose “SEND TO A FRIEND”

7. Enter our email address- CUSTOMER@NWAPOSTALEXPRESS.COM

8. Click “SEND EMAIL” and we will print you label for you!

   1. $2.00 Label Printing Fee

If that doesn’t work for you or they will charge you, call Amazon at 1-888-280-4331 and ask them to send your return label

to your email address. You can email that label to us at CUSTOMER@NWAPOSTALEXPRESS.COM.
